Dorset Rough Riders Wareham Forest XC Enduro
Event: 16th May 2010
The Dorset Rough Riders Enduro returns to Wareham Forest on 16th May and promises quick trails and fast flowing singletrack thanks to course designer Dave Goddard.
The event starts early in order to pack in as much racing as possible. At 8.30, the day kicks off with the under 12 race, which consists of one lap of the 2.6 mile course. Under 16s will follow at 9am, followed by the "have a go" event at 10am, a taster for any over 16s who would like to experience a cross-country race but baulk at the idea of racing for two hours.
The main race kicks of at 11:30 with a two-hour enduro over a five mile course. This also includes a single speed and is open to men and women. The main race is also part of the Wessex Cycle Racing League which means WXCRL members finishing in the top 15 get points.

Under 12 - 1 lap of a 2.6 mile short course - Start 8.30am - £3.00 in advance, £5.00 on the day.
Under 16 - 2 laps of the full course - Start 9.00am - £8.00 in advance, £10.00 on the day.
Have a go 16 + all welcome - 2 laps full course - Start 10.00am - £8.00 in advance, £10.00 on the day.
The main event (WXCRL counting event) 2 hour enduro - Start 11.30am - £15.00 in advance, £18.00 on the day.
