Mark from Bristol is a keen time trialist who enjoys warm-weather rides in Majorca. Here's his profile.

Name:

Mark Bradley

Age:

51

From:

Bristol

Club:

Bristol South Cycling Club

What kind of riding do you do?

Time trials, club runs, commuting, mountain bike, track

What do you enjoy most about cycling?

Testing myself and continually trying to get fitter in the face of the advance of time.

What’s your favourite ride?

It's a bit of a cliché, but Sa Calobra in Majorca is so iconic and the weather is usually so much better than in the UK that it's a hard one to ignore. Closer to home, it has to be Cheddar Gorge for the scenery and the way you can push harder and harder as the gradient eases.

What’s your top cycling tip to share?

Get your fit right, get your kit right and everything else feels better.

If you had a tandem, who would you like to ride it with?

Chris Boardman. Not only would I get an easy ride, but it would be interesting to hear his views first hand on how to tip the balance away from motorised transport towards human-powered.
