Whizz Kids Ready For Action

Welland Valley Whizz Kids are in for a busy summer and everyone is invited. Welland Valley Whizz Kids are an established club for young riders in the East Midlands ensuring that young people in Leicestershire have access to riding and racing opportunities.
Welland Valley have fully qualified coaches and many other volunteers supporting a membership in access of 100. The volunteers are very imaginative when devising activities for young people getting involved in the 2008 Olympic promotions and developing unique racing around farmland circuits that make up the Tour de Welland which is now into its third year.

Saturday 13th > Market Harborough Carnival 11.30 am Burnmill Road, Market Harborough. The Carnival Parade will set off at midday.
Saturday 20th > Harborough Improvement Team Cycling Festival. 2.00pm Welland Park Tennis Courts.
Saturday 27th > Whizz Kids Grass Track Extravaganza. 2.00pm Welland Grass Tennis Courts

Saturday 11th > 2009 Whizz Kids Tour de Welland 2.00pm Husbands Bosworth Gliding Club, Nr Husbands Bosworth
Saturday 25th > Whizz Kids Skills Session. 2.00pm Welland Park Tennis Courts.
Coming up in August/ September ….. Family Time-trials, Skills Test, Skills Sessions, Family Rides and the Bruntingthorpe Series.
