On Sunday 26 July, the British Paralympic Association will celebrate National Paralympic Day for the third year.

To coincide with the anniversary, British Cycling will be providing para-cycling opportunities across the country over two weekends in July and promoting not only the Paralympic movement, but also the activities available for disabled athletes to participate in cycling.

Based at British Cycling’s Disability Hubs, para-cycling sessions are delivered by qualified coaches and aim to ensure that those wanting to improve their cycling performance receive the support they need - and possibly even take their first steps on the Great Britain Para-cycling Team performance pathway towards Tokyo 2020.

What better way to celebrate National Paralympic Day than by getting involved in one of British Cycling’s Disability Hubs at one of the following locations. Just click on each of the dates for more information and to book your place.

Disability Hubs have been developed by British Cycling to provide an opportunity for people with a disability to take part in regular training to develop their skills, keep fit and have fun. Each hub has a range of equipment for use including handcycles, bikes and tandems, however you will need to pre-book and contact the relevant member of British Cycling staff in advance to identify the equipment available at your local hub.
