It’s affiliation time once again for clubs and with the Club Management Tool, it’s even easier to do this year. The Club Management Tool allows you to submit your club’s annual affiliation form online, so there’s no need to fill out and post paper forms.
Some of the form will also be automatically filled in for you, based on the information we already hold about your club.

It’s really easy to affiliate online using the Club Management Tool. If you are the secretary of the club, the Club Management Tool will appear in your dashboard on the British Cycling website. Once you have clicked on this, Annual Affiliation will appear as an option.
You will then be asked to submit the same information as the paper version, with a number of the boxes already populated with the information we already hold about your club. If this information has changed, then simply overtype it to update it. You then need to complete the relevant payment – and that’s it affiliation done. For a step by step guide, please click here.
