About the Event
Info for Riders
These sessions are for novice women and girls only. It is NOT for riders who regularly partake in races at a high level.(cat E,1,2) Ages: open to females 14 years and over. There is no maximum age. Session time: 7pm - 9pm. Sign-on from 6.45pm. Cost: £5 on line and £7.50 on the day, sessions are open to all clubs, members and non club members. Advance entry to BC members. The sessions will be progressive coaching sessions to improve rider ability and confidence on the bike and this will be tailored to individual rider needs and to the group. Road bikes and helmets essential. Some road bikes may be available on the day by prior arrangement. ( size 48 & 52 cm frames)
