Event Overview
Event 1 of 4 - Bedgebury Forest Cycle Club 2025 XC race series.
This is grass roots racing at it's very best, featuring a fun 4km XC course through the forest based mainly on non-technical single-track, with shorter loops for the U8, U10 and U12 races.
We welcome riders of all ages and abilities, from first time racers to seasoned experts, offering XC races and categories for U8's to Masters. We use an electronic race timing system to record the riders positions.
This is a 4 event series, with trophies awarded to the top 3 riders in each category across the series.
Please make sure you enter the correct age catagory and race!
Entry is ONLINE ONLY for all Seniors, U14, U16 and U18s - Entry closes midnight Thursday 15th May.
Entry on the day is for U8, U10 and U12s ONLY - Please bring £2 CASH, no cards taken!

About the Event
Info for Riders
10.30am - Sign-on opens for U8, U10 and U12s. 11.00am - Sign-on opens for all other riders.
11.30am - U8s race. 11.45am - U10s, 12 noon - U12s, 12.30pm - Seniors, 12.45pm U16s 1.00pm U14s.
You should allow around 15 minutes to make your way from the car park at Bedgebury Visitors Centre to the event HQ. (route is sign posted). At the Bedgebury Visitors Centre you will find toilets, showers and a cafe.
All Juniors / Seniors / Masters will ride in the same 1 hour race on a 4km XC race course, with Youth riders joining 15 minutes after the Senior race has started, followed by Juvenile riders after a further 15 minutes. The U8, U10 and U12 age groups have separate races on a shorter course. Please note - Forestry Commission parking charges apply if you use the car park at Bedgebury.
NO ENTRY ON THE DAY for all Seniors, U14, U16 and U18s - Entry closes midnight Thursday 17th May.
ENYTRY ON THE DAY is for U8, U10 and U12s ONLY - please bring correct £2 CASH, no cards taken!
