Dedicated to the memory of Andy Matheson - a lifelong member of MRCC, an incredible talent as a cyclist whose most notable achievement - among many others - was representing Team Scotland at the 1990 Commonwealth Games in Auckland, New Zealand.

The first instalment of the Andrew Matheson Memorial Trophy Road Race is based on the previous British Eagle long standing road race situated on the excellent roads around Humbie and East Saltoun in East Lothian. The race will be 6 laps with hill primes on the first 3 laps.  The race finish will be at the Crossroads School on the B6371 towards the end of lap 6.

The strip and race HQ is at Humbie Hall within the village of Humbie. There is ample on street parking in the vicinity of the hall. Toilet facilities provided at Village Hall also hot & cold drinks, snack foods.
