Event Overview

The "Castles of Conquest" is a unique 90-mile cycling event in North Wales that blends history, exploration, and a powerful message of mental health awareness. The route traces the legendary castles built by King Edward I, aiming to emulate his conquest of North Wales. Participants will traverse breathtaking landscapes, with the added challenge of tackling tough terrains and historical landmarks. The event is designed to promote physical health and mental well-being, offering riders a chance to connect with others who may be facing similar challenges in their lives. This ride is suitable for cyclists of all abilities, and we especially encourage first-time riders looking for a challenging and rewarding experience to join us. Funds raised from the event will support the charity MANUP?, dedicated to raising awareness and offering support for men's mental health.
