Event Overview

Totnes – Vire is a 2 day stage race that dates back to 1974 and celebrates the twinning of the two towns. It’s one of the longest established races in the UK calendar.

It's a 3 stage race. Saturday is a hilly TT up the iconic Haytor climb. This is the venue for this years National Hill Climb so an opportunity to recce the course in race conditions. Saturday afternoon sees the action switch to the Velopark in Paignton for the Criterium. Sunday see's the Road Race on the Avonwick circuit and the race return to its South Hams roots. This classic terrain has led to some immense battles with previous riders winners include Darrel Webster, Mark Bell, Peter Longbottom, Jon Locke and our own Mike Parker.
