ROAD CYCLING COACHING at HILLINGDON CYCLE CIRCUIT.

7-17yrs Younger riders by arrangement

Improve your confidence in a safe, traffic free environment

Ladies.You can come also come down and learn to ride a bike

from 1.00pm at the Minet Ladies Cycling.
(Young Volunteers CAYV are welcome to assist and log your hours)
Coaches are welcome to attend for CPD
Meet at 10 am to 1 pm
Cost pre registry – £9.00 + Fee
Pay on the day £12.00

Mountain Bikes and helmets available to loan or bring own bike.
Bring packed lunch, snacks and drinks.

Dress for the weather.
Coaching by qualified British Cycling Coaches 

Please bring a completed parental consent form.

Attached or available on the day.
