Info for Riders

These winter training sessions are for YA, YB and Junior riders. They will include strength, skills and endurance elements. They are aimed at racing riders who want to improve over the winter. Riders must come prepared with drinks, snacks and dressed appropriately for the weather. Road bikes only with lights front and back. Sign on from 6.30.

No Entry on the night even if 'the Internet broke', the dog ate my computer' etc etc.

Entry will open 8am Thursday and close 9pm Tuesday each week.
