These winter training sessions are for YA, YB and Junior riders. They will include strength, skills and endurance elements. They are aimed at racing riders who want to improve over the winter. Riders must come prepared with drinks, snacks and dressed appropriately for the weather. Road bikes only with lights front and back. Sign on from 6.30
