Event Overview

This coaching event is designed to promote Women & Girls into Track racing. All the techniques and skills learnt on the day will help to develop riders in all forms of bike riding. The session is split into three ability groups outlined as follows:

Novice group - This is designed for riders with little or no track experience and will focus on developing the basics of track riding and safety

Intermeadiate Group - This session is aimed at riders with more than4 hours track time who are confident and compitent enough to ride in line and change position in the line.

Advanced Group - This session will deliver coach led race scenairos for riders who have experince of racing and / or are accrediated at one of the countries velodromes.
