Road , Benwick – Sunday, 26 Jul 2015

Event Summary

Event Overview

STOP PRESS

We are again promoting a Circuit of the Fens for 2nd and 3rd category riders, to be run concurrently with the Circuit of the Fens Pro-Elite Classic.

Both races will start and finish in Whittlesey Town Centre which will be closed all day to non-race traffic.

The routes for the two races have yet to be finalised but the supporting race will be run over a distance of 115km/120km.

However, if that's not enough, we are also promoting yet another race for 2nd and 3rd category riders. The Benwick Kermesse. as the name might suggest, will start and finish in the village of that name.

The Kermesse will start at 09h00 and cover 6 x 9.5 mile laps.

We don't like having to return entries so the extra race will enable us to accommodate even more riders and allow those that opt for the earlier start the opportunity to stay on and support the main event.

Riders in all three races will benefit from the rolling road closure with police and NEG in attendance, neutral service vehicles, first aid and paramedics.
