The Club Cluster of Training sessions will be a weekly session delivered at Litherland Cycling Circuit for your road racing cyclists. These sessions will have a primary fitness focus for the evening and will culminate in progressive training exercises driven by challenging the physical and technical needs of Youth A and B racing cyclists (please contact event organiser for availability for junior riders). The sessions will run every Tuesday from the 14th October for 20 weeks in the lead up to the 2015 road season.

Riders should have a suitable roadworthy bike and have experience at riding in groups including chain gang. All riders must have fully working front & back bike lights to attend these sessions.
