Info for Riders

Rider Development Sessions for Paracycling are dedicated coaching sessions for disabled riders who want to keep fit, have fun and improve performance through regular interaction with professional Go-Ride Coaches. Both experienced and new riders of any age will be eligible to attend the sessions, which are open to disabled riders. British Cycling has a fleet of 2 wheeled bikes for riders to borrow along with some adapted bikes at the venue including handcycles and trikes.Riders should contact the coach beforehand to discuss their individual needs. Riders should contact the lead coach Simon Wilson (simonwilson@britishcycling.org.uk / 07534 281 258) beforehand to discuss their aspirations and requirements for the session.
