Rider Development session. Mountain bike specific, improving rider technique and ability. Flat pedals must be worn. £4 per session for non British Cycling members, £2 per session for British Cycling members

Open to riders who are 14 to 23 year olds male and female. Must have own bike and helmet.

Women 23 years and older can also come along as part as a Women's only initiative
