Info for Riders

Coaching sessions for Women and Girls only. Taking place at Watchtree Nature Reserve, Carlisle, Cumbria. CA5 6NL It is NOT for race riders who regularly partake in races at a high level. Ages: open to all females 12 years and over. There is no maximum age. Session dates are May 7th 12.30 -2pm and May 22th 10.30- 12.30 The sessions are open to all cyclists, members of clubs and non members. The sessions will be progressive coaching sessions to improve rider ability and confidence on the bike and this will be tailored to individual rider needs and to the group. Throughout the sessions we will also have discussions about kit, bike maintenance and other subjects that will support the coaching you receive. Riders will need a bike with 2 working brakes and gears and a helmet.These are available on the day if pre-booked. This is a great opportunity for like minded females to come together in a safe environment and learn new skills/ improve skills, as well as getting fit and socialising.
