The inaugural Halesowen One Hundred sportive will guide you through the scenic countryside south of Halesowen Cycling Club. A challenging route that requires a moderate level of fitness starts from the clubhouse with an undulating ascent into the Worcestershire countryside before descending five kilometers into the first of several picturesque villages.

The signed route follows many country lanes featuring twists, turns and both short sharp climbs and descents in the outbound section towards the 50 km feed station at Hampton Lovett Village Hall.  

After the refreshments, you continue south towards Himbleton on a relatively flat section of road before looping back through Droitwich.

The final 25 km return features the challenging Shut Mill Lane (cat 4) climb followed by the long descent through Romsley village to the finish back at the clubhouse.

Postal entries are accepted up to 15th August 2014, please make cheques payable to Halesowen Cycling Club. Alternatively you can enter on the day for £30.00 cash payments only. Please note signing on will open at 7.00am and close at 9.30am. Riders will leave in groups of 10 commencing from 8.00 am. Helmets must be worn, No helmet - No ride. No tri-bars. Riders aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and a parental consent form must be completed and forwarded to the organiser.
