Event: 23 September 2012
Report: Snowdon Sports

Nick Craig (Team Scott UK) romped home in the Horwich Humdinger to take his latest win in cyclo-cross.

The three-time British National Champion, 43, made a break early on, taking another rider with him.

But any challenge to Craig soon faded and he pulled away from the bunch with ease. The course was one of the few dry ones on a day which saw rain in many regions and this made for an extremely fast race.

Dirtwheels Cycles rider Dieter Droger took second spot, while the final podium place was occupied by Giles Drake (Team Elite).
