National School Of Racing
Cyclo-Cross - Holme Pierrepoint, 26 Oct 2011

British Cycling's Talent programme is organising its annual Cyclo-Cross National School of Racing (NSR) on Wednesday 26 October. The session is also a great way for riders from other disciplines to improve their skills as all round bike racers, so whether your race Cyclo-Cross, Mountain Biking, BMX, Cycle Speedway, Track or Road, this session is for you!

The NSR will be taking place at Holme Pierrepoint National Watersport Centre, Nottinghamshire, which has hosted International Cyclo-Cross races in the past. This is a new venue for the Cyclo-Cross NSR and it promises to give riders everything they need to help them with the skills essential for Cyclo-Cross.

The NSR is open to Male and Female riders in both the Youth A (under 16) and Youth B (Under 14) age categories.

All riders must download (100kb Word file) and fill in an application form to register an interest in attending this NSR. Please note, NSRs are often over-subscribed and an application alone does not guarantee you a place! Please email your application to johnscripps@britishcycling.org.uk by Friday 7th October 2011.

Successful applicants will be notified by letter. This will include specific details of the session and instructions on how to enter online via the BC website, including the entry closing date. The cost is £10 plus a 60p online admin fee. Riders will only be added to the attendance register if they have entered online, so once you have your letter, don't forget to enter!

For any queries about the National School of Racing, including the online entry system, don't hesitate to get in contact with John Scripps by the email above or on 07515 606630. See you there!
