An extra Tuesday evening race meeting is to be held at Hillingdon Circuit on 23 August to replace the one cancelled on 9 August on the advice of the police because of the violence in London.

The same programme will be held as scheduled for 16 August, the previous Tuesday, so the youth racing will start at 6.30pm and the senior racing at 7pm. This is 15 minutes earlier than during the main season due to the shortage of light.

Entries are £10 and there is no registration fee, so everyone is welcome.

This now means that there will be race meetings on Tuesday 16th, Saturday 20th and Tuesday 23rd August, then the subsequent three Saturday afternoons.
