Cyclists this year can look forward to a ride with a difference as Sunday 3 June 2012, sees the annual National Trust Sportive return to the stunning countryside of Kingston Lacy.
The marathon cycle is famous for its start and finish in the grounds of one of England’s finest Stately homes, with quiet but exciting roads, and is the perfect way to kick of your season in the saddle.
The event has been organised by leading sports events organisers Votwo, (www.votwo.co.uk) who are known on the events circuit for their popular Dorney Lake Triathlons, Silverstone Duathlons, three marathons in three days Challenge events, and of course the renowned Kamikaze Charge! And with this event also being run in association with Votwo’s global sponsor USN, participants are guaranteed a great goodie bag to take home!

Categories at this event are mixed, and certificates will be awarded for both the 50 mile and 100 mile routes. Any finishers averaging in excess of 20 mph will walk away with a gold certificate, and averages of 18-19.9 or 16-17.9 with silver and bronze respectively.
