Coming Soon: Devil Ride, South Wales
Still time to enter the Devil Ride which takes place on Sunday 11 July 2010
Posted: 23rd June 2010
The Devil Ride is based in Brecon and offers a choice of three routes all of which take place on quiet roads with beautiful views of the Cambrian Mountains and Brecon Beacons. The Big Devil is a challenging ride of 100 miles with a good 10000ft of climbing taking in the Devil's Staircase and the beautiful Llyn Brianne.
At just over 80 miles 'The Demon' shares the same breathtaking mountain circuit but offers a less tiring ride home. For those with limited time, the Little Devil is 60 miles and offers a very scenic but less demanding half-day of riding. All routes will be well sign-posted and riders will have their own route card as back-up.
Additionally, the Devil Ride offers:
- well-stocked food stops
- electronic timing
- motorcycle marshals and first aid
- broom-wagon and mechanical support
- parking
- showers and changing rooms
- a hot post-ride meal
- unique Devil Ride 2010 souvenir
All of the above included in the £26 entry fee. Photographs of each rider's heroic efforts will be available for purchase on-line.
