Thirty-five riders turned out on a lovely sunny afternoon in East Kent. The event took place on a 150m grasstrack and races included a devil, flying lap, mass start, keirin and team time trial with all the results added together to get a final score.

Also other fun events of track stand, slow race and mum’s/dad’s races entertained the crowds through the afternoon. Riders ranged from four to 16 years old and all riders received prizes and went home very happy. Grasstrack is certainly a great event for Go-Ride racing and Thanet RC would recommend other clubs to try it.
