British Cycling has confirmed the Great Britain squad for the first and second rounds of the UEC BMX European Series to be held on 6-7 April 2013.

A team of five will compete at Messigny and Vantoux in Dijon, France over the two days as the build-up to the first UCI BMX Supercross round at the National BMX Centre in Manchester, taking place on 19-20 April, continues.

British Cycling Olympic Podium Programme athlete Shanaze Reade, Olympic Academy Programme athletes Kyle Evans and Curtis Manaton along with Olympic Development Programme athletes Charlotte Green and Quillan Isidore will travel.

The other members of the team will remain in Manchester to prepare for the UCI BMX Supercross.
