Club Development Workshops are now moving to Aberystwyth and Carmarthen this month as Welsh Cycling aims to help clubs in Wales grow and develop in 2014.

With many clubs across a large geographical area, Welsh Cycling is looking to develop quarterly workshops throughout the region to work together more efficiently and share good practice between clubs. These workshops have already taken place in North and South Wales, and were a success among members.

The workshops in Aberystwyth and Carmarthen will be:

• 7.30pm - 9.00pm Tuesday 25 March 2014 Aberystwyth University, SY23 3AL
• 7.30pm - 9.30pm Monday 31 March 2014 Carmarthen Leisure Centre, SA31 3NQ

These workshops will be focused around the following topics:

• The Go-Ride programme
• Coaching
• Club online management tool

The Club Development Workshops provide an opportunity for club officials, such as Club Coaches, Secretaries and Development Officers to share ideas and develop the club structure in West Wales.

To attend, one club representative should complete the Club Development Workshop Booking Form and return to Dan Coast, Club Development Officer, a minimum of 48 hours before each workshop, by email dan.coast@welshcycling.co.uk
