Wiggle Haywards Heath Howler
Event: 11 August 2013
Location: Ardingly College, Haywards Heath, West Sussex
The Wiggle Haywards Heath Howler is less than two weeks away and organisers assert that this beast of a summer sportive will have your legs howling on its tough course!
This tough, challenging sportive in spectacular surroundings is getting a reputation for being one of the toughest on the Wiggle Super Series calendar. With over 2500 metres of climbing, the route is jam-packed with big hills including the famous Ditchling Beacon.
The route is not all about climbing though with stunning views, quiet roads, and two breathtaking reservoirs, Weir Wood and Ardingly. On the 96 mile route, your legs will be howling, while your mind takes in the scenery.
Starting from the historic and prestigious Ardingly College this sportive is a must do event, which will provide a real sense of achievement. 65 and 40 miles route options are available and are equally as breathtaking and challenging!
The event includes all the sophistication you would expect from the highly regarded Wiggle Super series, including: toilets, electronic timing, well stocked feed stations, parking, event photography, mechanical support, massages, bike wash facilities and most importantly an enjoyable and extremely well marked course!
