If you are planning a non competitive event and would like to register it with British Cycling, firstly make sure you have read and understood the information included on the 'Registration Benefits' and 'Event Insurance' tabs. Equally, ensure you have read and understood our Non Competitive Event Guidelines .
When you are ready to register your event with us, please contact your Regional Events Officer (REO) to discuss details and ensure you have the Event Organiser role attached to your memebrship account* with us.
Once you have made contact with your REO and your Event Organiser status is live, you can log on to your Event Organiser Dashboard here to create and submit your event for approval**.
Please note that we do not accept registrations within 7 days of the event date.
If you are having trouble creating your event online please download and complete the event registration form and send into sportives@britishcycling.org.uk.
* If you do not have a British Cycling membership, please note that we offer new organiser’s a free bronze membership – please call 0161 274 2008 to set up this account after getting in otuch with your REO. If you have a current membership however do not have the Event Organiser tab within your dashboard, please contact events@britishcycling.org.uk
** Please allow up to 14 working days for the event approval process.
