New Malvern sportive promises challenging climbs and stunning views

This exciting new 100km Cycle Sportive taking place on Sunday 3rd June will take cyclists through picturesque villages with stunning views of the Malvern Hills on quiet country lanes within the counties of Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

There are six featured climbs including Hollybush, Evendine Lane and Snailbank with 1440 metres of climbing. This event is ideal for first-time Sportive riders but also testing enough for even the most experienced riders to enjoy a great day out on the bike. The course will be extensively signed and will have a well stocked feed station half way round the course. There will be rider support from designated cyclists on the route. A "Broom Wagon" will follow the ride providing limited roadside mechanical assistance.

- Head Quarters/Start/Finish: Newent Sports Centre, Watery Lane, Newent, Gloucestershire, GL18 1QF

- Shower and changing facilities at the HQ.

- Start 8.30-9.30am

- Mechanical support will be available for any last minute tweaks to bikes.
