Extreme Valley Riders has been on the go since 2008 and are based at the Newmilns Bike Park. The park already has a top class downhill track with dirt jumps. This year they have developed the track, adding some cracking new dirt jumps.

Now with the addition of the new Pump track the Bike Park has really become the best biking experience in Ayrshire.

The day started with the official opening of the track by Councilor Finlayson and top club coach Carol Cooper.
A Time Trial competition was then held as the official first event on the track for all age groups.

Lunch was then provided for all with a BBQ in the rain! The sun obviously came out once this was finished, just in time for a jump competition.

Over 30 youngsters attended the opening.

The club have also just launched their new website www.evriders.co.uk
