In line with the Strategic Framework published by the Scottish Government, we have now updated our Covid-19 Guidance

All covid rules and restrictions have been lifted in Scotland, but the virus has not gone away.

Use 'Covid sense' to help protect yourself and others:

  • get your vaccine when offered to ensure you are fully protected
  • open windows when socialising indoors
  • wear a face covering in indoor public places and on public transport
  • wash your hands to protect yourself
  • take a PCR test and isolate if you have symptoms
  • take an LFD test before visiting someone in a hospital or care home

Care for yourself and others to help slow down the spread of the virus and reduce pressure on our health services.

We would again to like to thank all involved in the delivery of activity over the last two years. In the next few days it'll be two years since we first entered lockdown and over that period we hugely appreciate the time that so many across our network of Clubs have committed to distilling the information throughout their membership, halting and adapting activity as required and ensuring that when permissible clubs were again able to welcome their members. Additionally, we would like to thank all others that make the sport happen: Event Organisers, Commissaires, Coaches, MTB & Ride Leaders, and everyone else behind the scenes in Club Committees and beyond that have kept things moving the last few year
