Road: Heffernan victory in Only Way is Up Hill Climb

One and All Cycling/Bike Chain-Ricci’s Junior Heffernan powered to first place in the E/1/2/3/4 category of the Only Way is Up Hill Climb Road Race.

Luke Gray of Baboco CT finished in second and Karl Hine of Cadence Cannondale was third to the top in the Newton Abbot based contest.

In the category 3/4 race, it was the unattached Andrew Feather who was victorious, with Adam Fursden (Mid Devon CC) and Harry Walton (Cheltenham & County CC) rounding off the top three.

Zappi’s CC’s Clare Leaver won the women’s race, leading from Wiebke Rietz (1st Chard Wheelers) and Sorrelle Le Cornu (Rutrainingtoday CC). The Go Race was won by Jason Shortland (unattached).
