What kind of riding do you do?
Road. I love running off-road though.
What do you enjoy most about cycling?
Group dynamics – the discipline of working together to ride well and keep everyone safe.
What's your favourite ride?
Anything with hills – preferably long alpine climbs where I can spin a low gear and it becomes a test for the head as much as the legs.
What's your top cycling tip to share?
Get a husband who loves cleaning bikes and replacing bottom brackets.
