What kind of riding do you do?

Club, sportives, triathlons and duathlons as well as time trials this year.

What do you enjoy most about cycling?

The freedom of being outdoors and choosing your own route, keeping fit, and meeting and training with like-minded people.

What’s your favourite ride?

A 65-mile route starting at Llandovery passing through Usk reservoir, Epynt MOD training area, Devil's Staircase and Llyn Brianne Reservoir. Stunning views, good climbs and some nice tarmac!

What’s your top cycling tip to share?

Be considerate and friendly to all road users.

If you had a tandem, who would you like to ride it with?

Geraint Thomas, I've just finished reasing his book and it sounds like it would be an interesting ride with lots of stories!
