What kind of riding do you do?
Commuting, sportives and social riding.
What do you enjoy most about cycling?
Cycling is a really great form of exercise. Plus it’s good to test your own personal limits, whether it is against a Strava segment, or up in the hills somewhere.
What’s your favourite ride?
Has to be my Ross Kemp chaingang ride. A fast 40 miles on rolling terrain which is growing in numbers every week, after starting on a cold and damp January night with a handful of guys.
What’s your top cycling tip to share?
Always push yourself, and never get disheartened if you get dropped on a ride. Train harder and come back stronger.
If you had a tandem, who would you like to ride it with?
Laura Trott
