How to train for a cyclo-cross race

With races typically lasting between 45 minutes and an hour, you don’t need to dedicate huge amounts of training time to be successful in cyclo-cross. If you have been taking part in sportives through the summer, you will have enough fitness to try cyclo-cross. To fine tune your fitness, look at our 8-week cyclo-cross plan and concentrate on skills, cross training, intensity, road and indoor training.
