These sessions are aimed at all Women Road cyclists looking to improve their skills and knowledge. Coaching will be delivered by qualified British Cycling coaches.

The session will be split into 3 groups based on ability.

The venue will at Kempton Racecourse on closed roads, car parking and toilets and showers are available.

This event is open to all women aged over 14 youths, Juniors and Senior women. 4 progressive sessions. There will be a number of different ability groups to cater for all riders. Fourth session incorporates Coach led Go-Race event. A limited number of bikes are available to hire free of charge - please book in advanced. Session 4 will be some coaching and then a Go-Race.
