Info for Riders

BMX coaching sessions all ages welcome. 26th, 27th & 29th August. NO coaching on 28th. Riders must be able to ride a complete lap of the track racing experience not necessary. Coaching will cover all areas of the track and skills and techniques needed for racing. These days will be progressive so the aim is that all riders whatever their level will come away with better skills and knowledge of the sport at the end of the course. Please bring a packed lunch and plenty of drink. CycloCafe is also available at lunchtime. Dress in suitable clothes for the weather. BMX bikes and Helmets available to hire if required. Long sleves, trousers, gloves and a full face helmet must be worn. These sessions are being supported by British Cycling so are going to be half the usual cost at £10 per session. bookings can be made directly to Cyclopark reception on
