There will be 3 rides as last year:
The Chillax Ride - a guided family ride starting at 11 am which is a flat 16 km (10miles) route through the back roads of Cottam to Elswick, with a break for refreshments then 16km back.
The Men & Boys Ride - a 70 km route taking in Scorton and a climb over Bleasdale, returning through Chipping and Whittingham.
A reasonable level of fitness will be required as there are climbs on this route.
The Man Up Ride - a 100k route that takes in climbs over the Trough of Bowland and Waddington Fell, before returning through Chipping and Whittingham.
Some serious climbs on this route - not for the fainthearted.
All rides are open to all, male and female. They are named after Lewis' favorite quotes.
There are no feed stops as this is a charity ride with the main aim to raise funds for the Trust Fund, however there are cafe stops were there will be subsidised refreshments available thanks to the generosity of the owners.
All routes will be downloadable.
