Event Overview

On Saturday October 27th 2012 a group of dedicated fundraises will be attempting to cycle 13,000 laps , some 9,000 miles , around the Preston Park track in Brighton , the equivalent distance from Brighton to Brazil . Now in its third year this Charity fundraising event has raised over £25,000 for its nominated charities . This year funds are being raised for The Martlets Hospice and The Motor Neurone Disease Association . Pedal in Preston Park is supported and jointly organised by the PPYCC ( Preston Park Youth Cycling Club ) . Info for Riders

A charity ride at Preston Park track to do an equivalent distance of Lands End to John O Groats, riders can choose how long they ride for and what time they start. A day long event, for insurance purposes rider numbers are not allowed to exceed 100 at anyone time during the day.
