Follow the Lon Las route 8 from Holyhead to Cardiff covering 254 miles over 5 days taking in some of Wales’ most breathtaking scenery. Sponsorship raised will go to Bobath Children’s Therapy Centre which provides specialist Bobath therapy to children from across Wales who have cerebral palsy. Minimum sponsorship is £900
