About the Event

Info for Riders

Welcome to the 1st Four Shires Sportive featuring a 100 mile and 50 mile road cycling event for riders of all abilities looking for an enjoyable yet testing, well supported sportive ride taking in the delights of the Cotswolds four shires of Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire. The event is based at Cotswold Cycles in Moreton in the Marsh a state of the art bike retailer and located very close to the historic Four Shires Boundary stone, an ancient meeting place with the earliest records dating back to 969 A.D. What an appropriate place we thought to collect together on two wheels and enjoy what the area has to offer. The ride is being promoted and hosted by Cotswold Cycles in association with North Cotswold Cycle Club and organised by the charity Cyclists Fighting Cancer.
