About the Event
Info for Riders
Framework is a specialist charity providing housing, support, training, care, resettlement and employment for thousands of homeless and vulnerable people each year in the East Midlands and parts of South Yorkshire. We are hosting our annual Bike Fest charity bike rides on the 16th June 2012. We have a 10 mile family friendly route, which is all off road around Nottingham’s waterways and a 100 mile challenge route through Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. There is no entry fee for this event, but as it is a charity bike ride we would ask participants to raise sponsorship money for Framework. (£50.00 suggested minimum) You must register at www.bikefest.org.uk to participate in this event. Riders on the 100 mile challenge ride will need to arrive between 8:30am and 10:00am and will have an informal start. Riders on the 10 mile family ride will have a 2pm start (registration desk opens at 1pm) All riders will need to be back at the Riverbank Bar & Kitchen for 4:30pm for a group photo opportunity.
