About the Event
Info for Riders
Pearson Cycle Specialists invite you to join the 2012 Pearson 150 Cycle Challenge on 20th May 2012. Back by popular demand after the huge success of the last two years' events, we promise an even better sportive to kick start your summer 2012. Two distances, 150km, down to Brighton and back, or 75km staying in lovely Surrey lanes. A great day of riding, beautiful scenery, and a challenge for all levels of rider. 2 feed stations for the long route, 1 for the shorter route, and top-notch signage covering every twist and turn. The Royal Marsden Cancer Campaign raises money to help the hospital stay at the leading edge of cancer treatment, research and care. It is a centre of excellence for cancer sufferers, helping people of all ages from all over the country. We at Pearsons owe a great debt to the Marsden, for the treatment that Roger Pears received following diagnosis and in his final days battling this disease. Not only will you enjoy a fantastic day out, but you will also be raising money for this cause.
