Croft Women's Season Starter (Coaching & Racing) Over 3 sessions we include circuit orientation, warm ups, rollers, bunch riding skills, cornering, sprinting, as well as a 1 lap time trial BC coaches will ensure there is something for all abilities. Followed by 40 minute handicap race. (Please note a Minimum of 10 entries is required for the racing to go ahead)
