Event Overview

BEASTWAY MTB and Gravel series is over 30 years old. From the early days of bikes with no disc brakes, clipless pedals, inner tubes, clunky gears and heavy suspension we've come a long way.

The series was formerly held at Eastway Circuit now the home of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Post Olympics was moved up to The Redbridge Cycle Centre 'Hog Hill'

There MTB series is open to all riders on all bikes. For this years series we have simplified the entry system. There will be no British Cycling MTB points awarded. For each race there will be a winner in each category.

Open senior

There will also be an overall winner of the race series, 3 races count for the overall.

Schedule will be

18.30 – U8, U10 & U12 – 15 mins short course
19.00 – Women, Youth and Juveniles – 45 mins full course
20.00 – Open (in Junior) – 45 mins full course

A nobbly tyre is recommended over 30mm ideally, CX bike, Gravel or MTB are perfect. We want everyone to experience the fantastic rolling trails of BEASTWAY.

Course is around 3KM and will feature two A or B line options, plenty of climbs, tight corners and technical sections.

The course is designed for all riders and abilities.

BEASTWAY is a series of 4 races every Friday throughout June, best three results go towards overall.
