Please be at the start ready to race 10mins before these times:
09:15 - 0945 Rider registration/ sign on
0930 - 0955 Course open for warm up
1000 - 10-10 Under 8s race
1020 - 1035 Under 10s race
1045 - 1105 Under 12s race
1115 - 1145 Under 14s race
1150 - 1200 Prize giving and medals

What to bring:

Road bikes are suitable for the race. Your bike must be in full working order with working brakes. Appropriate clothing for the weather and for cycle racing including a helmet. I have booked sunshine for Saturday but please prepare for the worst and remember that you will be standing around before and after the race so have layers to keep warm.

A drink bottle and a snack to replace lost fluid and energy would also be a good idea.

Remember

- Race hard, race to win but please above all enjoy it.
- Please be nice to one another, call to fellow riders when overtaking.
- Prizes will be awarded for 1st ,2nd and 3rd in each age category for boys and girls.
- All spectators please take care when crossing the course.
- Any question please contact me before or ask any of the Ythan CC helpers on the day.
