Event Overview

And we're back for 2025

First race at 6.30 3/4's for 40mins

Second race at 7.20 E/1/2/3 for 45mins

Entry for the series of 10 races will be £87.50 for organising club riders, £18 per individual event (entered on line) and £20 per event (entered on the line). Riders from the organising clubs are not permitted to race on the evening of their clubs promoting week.  Riders who wish to enter the series from clubs outside of those organising will be expected to help marshal 1 race evening during the series (2 races).  These riders will be advised of which event.

The catergories will be the same as last year, as a 3rd cat you enter the series but you will only be able change races once i.e you enter the series in the 3/4 race but want to move to the E/1/2/3 race you can do so, but after the move you won't be able to transfer back down to the 3/4 race.  Alternatively start in E/1/2/3 and then move down, you won't be able to move back up for following race, unless you achieve the required points to do so.

3rd cats obtaining their 2nd cat will automatically be moved to the E/1/2/3 race for the remainder of the series

Series points to run the same as BC points, (10 points for the win), with your best 8 results counting towards the overall series.

Entries

Rider entries will be accepted on the following critria, 1) Riders from organising/supporting clubs  2) Riders from East Yorkshire clubs 3) Riders living in East Yorkshire 4) All others

Rider entries/Limits

Any Rider who enters the full series in advance via the BC website will keep the same number for the full series, unless you move from one race to the other in which case if your original number is being used in that race you will be issues a new number, otherwise you will keep your original number.  It will be the rider’s responsibility ensure that they have the number on their jersey before entering the circuit, no number, no race.

The organising committee has set a limit of 50 riders per race 

Prize pot

Prize pot will be determined based on entries, less costs, which will include BC levies and potential need for 1st aid (unless we can find a volunteer(s) for the whole the series.  The series will be run as a non profit event and all monies after costs will be paid out to the top 15 riders overall
